NORIMOTO

Norimoto is the name of the village where my grandmother lived and where my mother grew up. When you enter the room, you see a slightly speckled white framed paper. It's when you cross the room that the image appears: a mountain, the mountain in my grandmother's garden. It's an old photo I took more than 15 years ago. Today it would no longer be possible to take it because to protect against earthquakes, the village decided to build a concrete wall. So this white forms a kind of wall where our shadow reveals in memory this ancient mountain.
