THE DAY AFTER TOMORROW
2023
Digital photography
aluminum on dibond, American box
120x192 cm
I particularly like hands because they are what produce my gestures and trigger the camera.
Without using any digital retouching, I stage the cutout shape of my left hand and superimpose it on my right hand. My hand wears a kind of mask, a photographic mark.
Two moments are then photographed in one. This work echoes my need to stage photography. To also look at it as an object that becomes a body in space.
